What do you mean when you refer to 100% renewable energy by 2040. What form of renewable energy are you referring to and in favor of?

Renewable energy is usually defined as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves, and geothermal heat. Obviously some of those are more practical here than others. I would be open to whatever is the most effective in terms of cost and reduction of carbon emissions. We would need a report from Staff on what our current status is (this is tracked already) and what solutions are available to us. Zorra already has photovoltaic cells on the roofs of both rec centres.
